God of High School Plot

The plot of GOHS focuses on Jin Mori’s youth as a Taekwondo practitioner. One day, he receives an invitation to the tournament, which Korean High School students attend.

On his route to the venue, he forms ties with other contestants while pursuing a thief who stole an older woman’s pocketbook. He then encounters Yu Mira, a master of the lost Moon Light Sword Style, and Han Daewi, an expert in Full Contact Karate.

They find more to the competition throughout the battle than meets the eye. The tournament committee has a secret agenda. They are searching for a “key” that is believed to be held by one of the participants.

In the meantime, the secret group Nox faces Jin Taiji, the grandfather of Jin Mori. They successfully capture Jin Taejin and use him as collateral to abduct Jin Mori. Jin Mori is motivated to win the competition to save his grandfather after learning of the circumstances.

At that point, the battle’s atmosphere shifts. The competitors are no longer dependent on their physical abilities. The use of Charyeok, which is a power taken from ancient gods, becomes a fundamental ability that competitors must perfect.

When the competition is nearing its conclusion, Jegal Taek strikes another contestant. When Nox emerges out of nowhere and begins rioting, mayhem erupts.

Jin Mori and his comrade ultimately subdue Jegal Taek, and Jin Mori is declared the victor. Instead of utilizing the winnings to save his grandfather, he spends them to repair the harm inflicted by Jegal Taek.
