[Update] Tweet from Marvel Updates Confirms That “Eternals 2” Will Hit Theaters Before “Avengers: Secret Wars”

The official Marvel Studios Twitter feed, @MarvelUpdates, has just dropped a bombshell on their followers by announcing the Eternals 2 Update.

 

The production company has given the all-clear signal even though rumors and expectations are beginning to circulate about the next science fiction film.

The update reveals two surprising pieces of information: first, that Eternals 2 will be released, and second, that it will come out before Avengers: Secret Wars.

As their name implies, the Eternals have been around for eons. The Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes are here to protect us from the Deviants; they work for the Celestials. There’s a lot of room for a sequel because it’s almost more of a drama than an action film, and it wasn’t universally well-received.

Some of the actors have shown interest in returning, including Kumail Nanjiani, Barry Keoghan, and Kit Harington, but they have not been informed of Marvel’s plans. According to The Toronto Sun, producer Nate Moore said that a sequel to Eternals isn’t a “must have” for the company right now.

According to a recent story printed in The Toronto Sun, the film producer Nate Moore was quoted as saying that a sequel to the film Eternals is not a “must-have” for the firm at this time. This statement was made about the fact that Moore was recently quoted.
