Cardi B has asked for a divorce from her husband, Migos member, and fellow rapper ‘Offset‘. The New York rapper said that their marriage was “broken in a way that can’t be fixed.” They got married in secret in 2017 and have a daughter named Kulture who is 2 years old.
The PA news agency got court records that show Cardi wants “primary physical custody” of the child and that she wants Offset to pay for “support and maintenance.”
Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar and who is 27 years old, filed for divorce on Tuesday in Georgia, where she and her husband have been living. Georgia is where her husband is from.
Cardi B and Offset, whose real name is Kiari Cephus, are now living in a “bona fide state of separation,” according to legal documents. They said that there is “no chance of making peace.” ardi B, who has had hits like “WAP,” “Bodak Yellow,” and “I Like It,” wants their assets to be divided equally.
