Fans of Darius Campbell Danesh from all over the world are in sorrow in the wake of his sudden passing, and some are wondering if the renowned hospital he was living close to had something to do with it.

On August 11, his body was found at his home in Minnesota. His death shocked the entertainment industry.

The Scottish singer-songwriter and actor, formerly known as Darius Danesh, also participated in the inaugural season of Pop Idol, which was won by Will Young. In 2001, he made his first attempt at success on the ITV program Popstars.

He was given a record deal by Simon Cowel after his successful run on Pop Idol, but he declined it in favor of working with producer Steve Lillywhite.

Darius Danesh’s Cause Of Death

On August 11, Darius was discovered unconscious in bed in his apartment room in Rochester, Minnesota. The local medical examiner’s office later pronounced him dead.

Fans noted that his residence was near the Mayo Clinic’s 1,265-bed Saint Marys Campus, but no official cause of death has been disclosed.

According to a police official, the cause of his death is still under investigation. The general public is not currently under threat.

A tragic police call told what happened when the famous person was found unconscious in the apartment building.

The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office identified the deceased person as Darius, and the Rochester Police Department reported that it responded to a “death person call” at The Berkman at 11.53 am on August 11.

A “medical” team was needed for a “possibly dead” person, so a dispatch call was made, it was said.

Minutes thereafter, an operator allegedly made another call and said: “No need for them to answer.” As soon as the Rochester Police Department (RPD) shows up, we’ll wait there. We’ll lock up the house.

On August 16, his family released a statement saying, “It is with tremendous regret that we announce the demise of Darius Campbell Danesh.”

There were no indications of malice or strange circumstances, according to the local police department. His unexpected death has no known cause at this time, but investigations into his health are ongoing. Actress Natasha Henstridge, Darius’ ex-wife, posted a tribute of her own on Instagram. The singer and actor spent nine years total together, including two years when they were married, and Darius was the stepfather to Natasha’s two children from a previous relationship.

Following Darius’s passing, there have been numerous tributes. Gareth Gates, a former co-star on Pop Idol, took the initiative and wrote: “I can’t quite accept the news of my great friend Darius passing.”

“I’m devastated. When we were on Pop Idol together, Darius looked out for me like a big brother, and for that, I thank you, my friend.”
