Selling OC release date
Selling OC release date

Selling the O.C., a new spinoff of Selling Sunset will premiere on Netflix in the near future, and we’ve put up a handy cheat sheet with all the details we’ve learned thus far.

Adam DiVello, the man behind the Selling brand, is the brains behind Selling the O.C. This will be the second spinoff of the show, following in the footsteps of the previous spinoff, Selling Tampa. The original series will follow a group of top real estate agents that specialize in selling the most expensive properties. When it comes to location, these agents choose Orange County, rather than LA or Tampa.

Of course, there will be more to the reality program than just the sale of mind-boggling houses. Drama, tears, and ugly rumors are all in-store if the teaser clip is any indication. Agents at The Oppenheim Group’s second office aren’t playing nice, but it’s understandable given that they’re attempting to get their foot in the door.

Selling the O.C. Release Date

Netflix has not issued an official release date yet. However, it’s confirmed to be coming out this year. It looks like filming is done, so the show could really arrive on Netflix any day now. We think we could see the reality series as early as this June. However, Netflix might hold the show’s release until the fall. We’ll definitely share the official release date once Netflix announces it.

What is Selling the OC about?

Selling Orange County will be a priority for Jason Oppenheim as he expands the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach location.

Like Selling Sunset, it is intended to capture all the glamor, glamour, and drama that comes with selling high-end properties, but this time in the suburbs of Orange County, LA.

Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria, and Brandi Marshall have already been cast in the show’s new ensemble of agents.

Selling Sunset cast members, such as Chrishell Stause, are rumored to make an appearance, as she was engaged to Jason Oppenheim for seven months at the time.

No word yet on whether or not her Selling Sunset co-star Heather Rae El Mousta will join her on Selling the OC, although talk has been running rampant for some time.

Selling The OC cast

We already know that Jason Oppenheim will appear in Selling The OC, since he appointed Mary Fitzgerald as the new manager of The Oppenheim Group’s West Hollywood office in Season 5 of Selling Sunset so that he could concentrate on business in Orange County.

A few episodes ago, he told Mary and Amanza that he is expanding his team in the OC office, and we already know that Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria, and Brandi Marshall will be joining the cast in the upcoming episodes of Selling Sunset.

Meanwhile, Heather Young is listed as an estate agent on the Oppenheim Group’s website, which might indicate that she will appear in the spin-off series.
