Will there be a third season for ‘Slow Horses’?
According to Variety’s research, Apple has renewed “Slow Horses” for a second season. The streaming service has decided to keep the show going for at least one more season. The show was inspired by Mick Herron’s spy novel series of the same name. The first novel inspired the first season of the Slow Horses series. It was initially shown on Apple in April 2022. Season 2 of the show will be adapted from the novel Dead Lions and will premiere in late 2022. The books “Real Tigers” and “Spook Street” will inspire seasons two and three, respectively.

About ‘Slow Horses’
Directed by Jeremy Lovering and adapted for television by Will Smith of Veep, the spy drama is based on Mick Herron’s “Slough House” novels. The show centers on a team of British spies who fouled up on the job, were expelled from MI5 and found themselves in the infamous Slough House. This group of misfits, led by the grumpy Jackson Lamb (Gary Oldman), works undercover to solve high-stakes cases. The ensemble includes River Cartwright (Jack Lowden), Cathering Standish (Saskia Reeves), and others.
