Halsey is all set to release an upcoming album movie, which is timed with the release of the singer’s fourth studio album of the same name. It premieres in select IMAX theatres domestically on Aug. 25 for one night only.
The film is reportedly one hour long and is written by Halsey and directed by Colin Tilley. The movie at the first glance is visually stunning, but it also looks intense and dark. As per the disclaimer, it is “intended for mature audiences only.” However, through concept pictures and teaser, it looks absolutely stunning but there’s still a dark vibe to it. The poster reads “disruptive album and film experience from the mind of Halsey,” also the scenes with the bloody dress and guillotine don’t let us forget about its creepy aspect.
There’s been an update on Halsey’s newest project as the artist posted on Instagram on Friday another trailer for her album film, with the caption “If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power – Global Performance experience – presented by @momenthouse – August 29th. Tickets go on sale tomorrow 10 am PST at momenthouse.com/halsey”
The artist shared that there’s going to be a global Performance experience of her album film which will be presented by moment house.
Halsey’s album comes out Aug. 27 and is produced by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
