Ellen DeGeneres shares a glimpse of her show’s latest episode with a “2-year-old chef Cade and his grandma Cindy”

Television & Radio

Ellen Lee DeGeneres who is an American comedian, television host, actress, writer, and producer has been hosting the talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, since 2003.

DeGeneres announced in May that she will be ending her long-running talk show in 2022. She told The Hollywood Reporter that the rumours, which come after allegations of a toxic work environment on the series’ set, are due to her needing “something new to challenge” her.

So fans of the show are holding onto the little moments here and there when Ellen posts snippets from her show.

On Friday the show’s official Instagram page posted an IGTV, where a grandson-grandma duo guest was on the show to make cookies!

“We’re back with 2-year-old chef Cade and his grandma Cindy,” Ellen says as she introduces them to the viewer home. “And we’re gonna make cookies, is that right? I’m gonna follow whatever you do,” says Ellen.

Then it’s a huge mess as the grandma (Cindy) tries to make cookies with Cade who is only interested in eating sugar! And Ellen apparently doesn’t know the difference between a spoon and a tea spoon. But it’s alright because “I like Vanilla,” she reasoned.

Though the clip was a huge mess and so hilarious, the caption was the star of this fiasco. It read, ” I never get tired of watching this 2-year-old Chef try to cook.” Cute right?

But then it read, “Probably because I’m not the one helping him.” Ahh classic Ellen, the subtle sarcasm is what we live for.

However, beginning Sept. 13, host Ellen DeGeneres will kick off the 19th and final season of her talk show.
