Scaramouche, now known as Wanderer, is a playable character in HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact Version 3.3. The Scaramouche/Wanderer disclosure validates several theories.

Scaramouche, long anticipated, finally makes his debut in Genshin Impact as the Wanderer in the latest patch, version 3. Those who are well-versed in Scaramouche’s history will recognise the significance of “Eons Adrift” and “Tribulations Uncounted, Trials Unknowable” among his titles.
He’ll be the sequel of the previously playable Fatui Harbinger, Childe / Tartaglia.
Astonishments now appear. It has been speculated for a long time that Scaramouche/Wanderer will abandon his Electro persona. He switches to Anemo and hangs his eye over his left shoulder. From what we can see, he has also had a wardrobe overhaul, switching to a predominantly white and blue getup from the black and red one he was previously wearing.

His new Astrolabe name, “Peregrinus,” alludes to his status as a nomad because it means “outlander” or “stranger” in Latin.
Leaks and data mining suggests that Scaramouche / Wanderer will make use of Catalyst. He’ll join Sucrose and Shikanoin Heizou as the third 5-star Anemo Catalysts in history.
