Rhymes began working out twice a day and eating protein-rich meals every two and a half hours. His weight first increased from 290 to 340 pounds due to muscular hypertrophy. Rhymes continued his fitness journey after the 30 days were up, training 5 days a week in New York and tracking what he ate.
