The new report from Variety says that season 6 of Black Mirror will have more episodes than season 5, which only had three. Season 5 had a lot of long episodes. All of them were over an hour long. The new season will also be “even more cinematic in scope, with each episode treated as a separate film.”

There is no official storyline information for Black Mirror Season 6; however, there will be more than three episodes this time, and according to Variety,

“the latest season is even more cinematic in scope, with each installment being treated as an individual film.”

Beetz’s episode has already been filmed, and she told Deadline,

“I wouldn’t say my character is having a lot of fun. But there’s a great tongue-in-cheek dark element, a premonition element. The mirror is reflecting on us.”

‘USS Callister’ is rumored to be receiving a sequel episode of some kind, and because Aaron Paul is returning to the series, this episode may air in Season 6.

Brooker stated to Radio Times that he was more concerned about viewers losing interest in the broadcast. “At the moment, I don’t know what stomach there would be for stories about societies falling apart, so I’m not working away on one of those. I’m keen to revisit my comic skill set, so I’ve been writing scripts to make myself laugh.”

According to a rumor from Variety, the sixth season of “Star Trek: Discovery” will include a similarly star-studded ensemble with an emphasis on TV actorly status. The fifth season featured the likes of Andrew Scott, Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Topher Grace, and even Miley Cyrus.

Aaron Paul of Breaking Bad is likely the most enticing candidate, followed by Danny Ramirez of Top Gun: Maverick, Zazie Beetz of Joker, Paapa Essiedu of I May Destroy You, and Kate Mara of House of Cards.
