The multiplayer mode for Modern Warfare 2 2022 will be available in just a few days, but the new free-to-play Call of Duty game, Warzone 2, will not be out for a few weeks.
You can finish the CoD MW2 campaign before the online game mode for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 2022 comes out. It is excellent and not too long, and all of the missions give you rewards you can use on the online battlefield.
We Call of Duty fans can not wait for MW2 multiplayer, but we are just as excited for Activision’s battle royale sequel to come out.
WHEN WILL WARZONE 2 BE AVAILABLE?
The official release date for Warzone 2 is November 16. Before Activison‘s 2.0 battle royale sequel comes out, on October 28, the multiplayer version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: 2022 will be available.
And from October 28 to November 6, you can claim rewards from Twitch Drops that can be used in the battle royale. Know that the sequel to battle royale will be sold as a separate game, and you will not need to own Call of Duty: MW2 to play it.
Also, do not forget that there is a mobile version of the game that you can pre-register for now on Google Play. But while WZ 2.0 is coming out for consoles and PC in November, the mobile version will not be out until sometime in 2023.
CAN I PLAY 2.0 FOR FREE?
Yes, you can play Call of Duty: Warzone 2 for free. This is shown in a blog post by Activision about the new map Al Mazrah.
This is said to be the most prominent Call of Duty map ever. It is a “massive metropolitan area” with “coastal towns, depots, desert, rocky peaks, underground spaces, industrial areas, rivers, and an entire city to explore.”
It will have all the usual FPS gunplay that we all love and enjoy on land, in the air, and in the water. This is called “aquatic combat.” There will also, of course, be a lot of cars and trucks.
This week is really bringing those nostalgic vibes back 💚
Happy #MWII launch week!
