Olivia, who acknowledges that she has always been a “chubbier girl,” has struggled with her weight for most of her life. She didn’t decide to get gastric sleeve surgery and lose 50 kg until she was 22 years old.
Olivia Frazer, the star of Married at First Sight, has been open about her journey to lose weight. Her fans know that she had gastric sleeve surgery when she was 22 and weighed 95 kg (about 210 lbs).
The reality TV actress said on Friday that she had shed a significant 13 kg since leaving the show, talking about how her weight had fluctuated over the previous year.
Friday, the teaching assistant, who is 28 years old, told her 164,000 Instagram followers that she weighed about 80 kg when she was on MAFS.
“Now I’m back to 67kg as of this morning,” she said.
She remarked, “I strive to stay between 60 and 65, so a few more kilograms [to lose].”
Before deciding to have gastric sleeve surgery at age 22, Olivia had admitted that she weighed 95 kg throughout her teenage years.

However, the now 28-year-old said that throughout her recuperation from gallstones, she lost a frightening amount of weight, falling to only 45 kg.
My recovery went pretty well until I got gallstones… You can develop that when you lose weight quickly, “Olivia remarked earlier this month. “So I was in a lot of pain. I went from 95kg to 45kg within a year. “
Olivia later published images comparing her early and late stages of change.
Olivia also mentioned that, as a result of the operation, she was able to prevent excessive skin sagging.
I didn’t have much loose skin. I had a little bit in my arms but my [breasts] were very saggy. I had to have them done,” Olivia said, referring to the breast reduction she received following the gastric sleeve procedure.
The reality star from Newcastle claimed on the MAFS launch episode back in February that her weight had an impact on both how she treated herself and her relationships with men.

I believed that I had to accept anything I could receive, so I did. I chose to accept what I believed I deserved, which is terrible because I unquestionably deserved far better,” stated Oliva at the time.
She continued by saying that being overweight “certainly came from” a lot of her fears.

Olivia recalled: “I was about 95 kg when I was a teenager, and I wanted to appear as confident as I could.”
But I had a sneaking suspicion that everyone was gazing at the obese girl struggling to fit into a skirt.
Friday, the reality star used her Instagram Stories to answer more questions from fans about how her surgery was going.
She explained that I have to finish my drink at least 10 minutes before I can eat since I can’t drink and eat at the same time.
She also retaliated against people who said she had surgery as a quick fix. “F**k off,” she yelled back. Surgery is the absolute last thing anyone wants to undertake. It is a last-ditch effort.
“Not being able to eat like everyone else or drink like everyone else is not fun.”
She continued, stressing that the surgery was not done for her appearance but rather for her health and that as a result of her stomach being overstuffed, she now “vomits all the time.”
I had to give up a regular life in order to maintain a healthy weight. “I like myself when I look in the mirror,” she remarked.
