The 40 year old American media personality, socialite, reality star, businesswoman and a supercool mother of four is a well known and an inspiring example of a strong and an empowered woman.
Known for featuring in the reality television series ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ along with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner extended family members, Kim Kardashian shares four children with ex husband, rapper Kanye West, namely, daughters North and Chicago West and sons Saint and Psalm West.
The ‘SKIMS’ founder opened up on the truckloads of criticisms and negativity that she experienced when she was first pregnant with North, during her recent appearance on ‘We Are Supported By’ podcast presented by Monica Padman and Kristen Bell.
Kim revealed, “I was not a good pregnant person. I was not a cute pregnant person. I did not like it. I hated it. I hated how I felt. I hate how I looked.”
She further added, “I was so used to seeing my mom pregnant, my sister pregnant and everyone looking so cute and having these easy deliveries and life was great and they snapped right back. That wasn’t me.”
Talking about how it dropped her self-esteem to the lowest, Kim said, “It was really, really crazy. I don’t think it would really fly today, but it killed my self-esteem. I can’t believe that this was acceptable and that this was okay.”
