When will the next chapter of ‘JoJo’ appear?
According to sources, ‘JoJo’ Part 9, titled initially JoJolands, will begin serialization in Ultra Jump on February 17, 2023. This was announced in the winter issue of JoJo Magazine, a special edition produced to mark the 35th anniversary. Hirohiko Araki, the creator of the series, turned 61 recently, but his prolific output shows no signs of slowing down.

His latest statements have whipped up a virtual frenzy. There seem to be many buzzes, but it’s more about when the news came out. Even as recently as last week, rumors circulated that a Part 9 announcement wouldn’t come for at least another month, with some fans doubting they’d hear anything until the end of the year.

What will be the plot of Part 9 of the series?
Details on the plot of the next chapter of the series is not available. JoJolion’s final line of dialogue, in which characters wonder aloud if the Locacaca fruit (a pivotal item in the story) is still around, is the only hint we have as to what the title of part 9 means. “They might exist, in some land in the islands to the south [of Japan],” Josuke speculates. It’s possible that the land being referred to here is the titular JoJolands.
