A new season of Below Deck Mediterranean has been announced. The seventh season launch date was announced on Tuesday, and fans were treated to a dramatic preview of what’s to come.

For her part, Captain Sandy Yawn declares in the video that she is “eager for a new adventure.” “To be honest, I’ve never been to Malta before. For me, the new season brings a new ship and a new crew, as well as new managers in various departments. Arise to the challenge!”

In addition to the new crew, the new boat has three new department heads: Chief Stew Natasha Webb, Chef Dave White, and Bosun Raygan Tyler.

Natasha, laughing, explains, “As Chief Stew, when s**t hits the fan, the best thing to do is feed them wine,” while Dave proudly proclaims to the cameras that he “loves” and “thrives” under pressure.

The press announcement for the program has hinted that the unexpected tension between Chief Stew and the Chef, who started off on the yacht as coworkers and friends, will only grow as the season progresses.

Meanwhile, Mzi “Zee” Dempers, who is back on the squad, along with newcomers Storm Smith and Jason Gaskell, confront challenges when one of them can’t handle the rigors of Mediterranean luxury life.
