Australian Police Allege That Taylor Swift’s Father Attacked a Photographer!

The father of pop sensation Taylor Swift is alleged to have attacked an Australian paparazzi photographer. Sydney paparazzo Ben McDonald claimed to have submitted a police report alleging that Scott Swift had struck him in the face, according to Australia’s national broadcaster.

“In 23 years of doing this, I’ve never been assaulted, let alone been punched in the face by a father,” the ABC quoted McDonald as saying. In a statement, police in the state of New South Wales stated that they were looking into a report of an alleged attack in Sydney’s North Shore neighborhood by a 71-year-old male who has not been identified.

NSW Police said in a statement, “Police have been informed that a 71-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 51-year-old man at Neutral Bay Wharf about 2.30 am (Tuesday, 27 February 2024) before leaving the location.”

“The younger man reported the incident, and North Shore Police Area Command officers are currently conducting inquiries.” Two people were acting “aggressively” towards Taylor Swift and her entourage at the time of the alleged incident, a Swift spokesperson told Rolling Stone.
