Cleansing your face is not just a practice to be done when you apply makeup, it’s important to wash so as to remove dirt, pollution, dead skin cell buildup, excess oil, and makeup if you wear it. The impurities of unwashed face clog pores, triggering inflammation and disrupting your skin’s microbiome. Also, make sure you select good-quality makeup remover.
2. Stronger products
By strong, I do not mean harsh products. Strong products here refer to effective products to help your skin to rejuvenate as it’s more permeable during the night. I have dry skin so I always ensure to put moisturizer before bed for best results. You can apply serum depending on your skin type.
3. Pamper skin with a mini spa
Face masks are the best way to ensure healthy skin. You can use clay masks and fruit masks for a glow. Make sure your skin isn’t just the face, the entire body needs care. So apply moisturizer and scrubs on your entire body at least alternatively! You can also use supplements as they work the best at night.
4. Drink water
Drinking plenty of water daily is a key for glowing skin. It is advisable to drink eight glasses of water a day. Water will not only help in glowing and hydrated skin but will also help you wake up early in the morning as a result of the urge to pee!
5. Sleep on your back
A healthy sleep of eight hours every day of pressure and friction on your delicate skin is not suggested. In fact, they can cause wrinkles and fine lines on your pretty face. You should even use a silk pillow for sensitive skin.
