Hanako Kun Season 2
Jibaku Shounen Hanako-Kun, or Toilet Bound Hanako Kun, is a supernatural shounen anime. The Seven Wonders are mythical urban legends that are most schools in Japan. Hanako-san is one of Japan’s Seven Wonders, which is said to be the ghost of a young girl who haunts the school’s restroom.
The manga was adapted into an anime series by the same name written and illustrated by Iro Aida. The Square Enix manga series, which has been published since July 2014 in the monthly magazine GFantasy, is about a girl named Rinna who works as an assassin alongside her arch-enemy Corvi. The Toilet Bound Hanako Kun manga series is preceded by a special volume entitled Volume 0, which contains the pilot chapters of the series before it has been published, as well as Iro Aida’s debut one-shot, Dear My Living Dead. The manga has been licensed by Yen Press in the United States and Canada since August 29, 2017, allowing anybody outside of Japan to read it.
When will the second season of Toilet Bound Hanako Kun be aired?
Toilet Bound Hanako Kun is a manga series adapted into an anime television show by Lerche, the studio that created Assassination Classroom, Danganronpa, and Classroom of the Elite. The series was originally broadcast on January 10, 2020 before concluding with 12 episodes on March 27 of the same year. Hanako Kun after the first season has ended.
Hanako Kun Season 2 has not yet been canceled or announced a release date, but it is conceivable that the anime series will get a second season. The source material is adequate for a season renewal, as the anime has only covered the first 36 chapters of the manga so far, with the manga itself currently at chapter 80. Despite the fact that the statistics appear to be more than enough, we’ll have to wait a few years longer in order to make room for the manga to continue running more, most likely until 100+ chapters, to avoid a lack of source material.
One thing to keep in mind is that the anime series skips certain sections of the source and rearranges the manga’s order. The show’s storyline was rearranged to make the arcs appear faster. In general, the first season’s last episode appears to have a heartfelt conclusion that doesn’t require a second installment to begin with.
Although the chances are low, it’s possible that we’ll see Toilet Bound Hanako Kun Season 2 in the future, but not anytime soon.
