Prince Harry’s memoir might be disrespectful to Queen Elizabeth, as it plans to release on her platinum jubilee

High Life

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Prince Harry is set to release his memoir and it is expected to be released in late 2022. The reactions of the royal family were not ‘happy’ and send shockwaves across the Buckingham palace.

The book is not even released yet, and it has already caused some serious drama! And there been a new lead in the ongoing controversy which was pointed out by the True Royalty TV co-founder and editor in chief.

Bullen pointed out that the release clashes with Queen Elizabeth II‘s historic Platinum Jubilee celebrating her 70 years on the throne. The co-founder of True Royalty told US Weekly on Friday, ” “I think here in Britain, the announcement of this book has undoubtedly sent shockwaves around the place, both at the highest levels of society and just with the average amount on the streets, I think it was a couple of [interviews], the first was surely enough, surely the other interview was enough. Let’s draw a line under it … [and] let’s try and start rebuilding from there.”

Bullen said that Prince Harry’s this decision “upsets people” and released the book in the same year as Queen’s Jubliee year can be seen as “disrespectful in a very big way.” Prince Harry and his wife Megan Markle have already ruffed up some very serious feathers by giving an interview to Oprah.

The couple dropped some serious bombshells as they revealed that there was, “a lack of support and lack of understanding” from the royals. The couple has since stepped away from the royal family and resides in California with son Archie, 2, and daughter Lilibet, 1 month.

Prince Harry revealed in July why he is writing a memoir and stated that” I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become, I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story — the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned — I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.”

A source close to the royal family revealed that. “They haven’t received a copy yet and don’t know what to expect. It’s making them nervous,” the insider told Us, and the entire family “is shaken up” by the news.
