After Britney Spears’s notice, Gigi Hadid had a very humble way of presenting her statement to the paparazzi. She issued an open letter that she posted on her social media platforms on July 5th pleading with the Paps to give her daughter as much privacy as possible. The supermodel, and mother (26), requested the paparazzi to blur out photos of her face online.
It is only a hope that the paparazzi be kind to her wishes and respect the mother’s choices. Gigi wants a very normal life for her daughter and wants to cherish every little moment with her as she is little.
Even Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have been careful of what they share online since their daughter’s birth. There have been many photos posted by them on their social media platforms but never displayed their daughter, Khai Malik’s face. Now, Gigi has asked the paps to do the same as them.

The supermodel wrote in her letter, “As our baby grows up we have to realize that we can’t protect her from everything the way we wanted to and could when she was smaller. She loves seeing the world! and although she gets a lot of that out near the farm, she also gets to experience other places- a true blessing.”
Her request was not only limited to the paparazzi but also to her fans who asks for photographs while she is with her daughter, she further explained to them, “I know the laws change State to State, and I’ve seen some paparazzi photos of kids in NYC with their faces blurred – but, from asking around, I believe that that comes down to the integrity of the photographer, publications, or fans sharing the images. I write this all to say: to the Paparazzi, press, and beloved fan accounts, you know we have never intentionally shared our daughters face on social media. Our wish is that she can choose how to share herself with the world when she comes of age, and that she can live as normal of a childhood as possible, without worrying about a public image that she has not chosen.”
We wish that her fans and Paparazzi will respect her request and not interfere with her daughter’s privacy.
