On August 1 every year, fans and movie buffs come together on social media to celebrate their favourite Marvel red superhero, the marvelous, spectacular and ever so amazing Spider-Man.
This is because August 1 is celebrated as the ‘Spider-Man Day’ in honour of the greatest of all characters’ comic debut in ‘Amazing Fantasy’, released in August 1962.
On Sunday, people from all over the world celebrated the life and memories of Peter Parker, the Titan of comics, our beloved ‘House of Ideas’ character.
However along with this day and it’s festivities came people’s expectations of hearing a release date from Sony, hoping that the events would coincide and their joy would double up, sweeter and merrier.
As fans anxiously awaited Marvel’s upcoming movie ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ to reveal it’s BTS pictures and anticipated Sony to drop a first look of the same via a blazing trailer, they were left unfulfilled but not disappointed.
Here’s how Marvel fans and dedicated Spidy squad took to Twitter, to flood the site with truckloads of sweet messages, wishing our superhero on his very own and special day.
