The Boys Stroyline:

The Boys takes place in a world where people with superpowers, called Supes, are seen as heroes by most people and work for a powerful company called Vought International, which markets and makes money off of them. Outside of their heroic roles, most of them are proud, self-centered, and bad. The main characters in the series are the Seven, Vought’s best superhero team, and the Boys, a group of vigilantes who want to bring down Vought and its fake superheroes.

Billy Butcher, who hates all Supes, is in charge of the Boys. Homelander, who is unstable and violent, is in charge of the Seven. At the beginning of the show, Hughie Campbell joins the Boys after the superhero A-Train kills his girlfriend by accident while high on drugs. Annie January, a young, hopeful heroine, joins the Seven and is forced to face the truth about the people she admires.

Queen Maeve, who is disappointed with life, Deep, who is afraid of everything, Black Noir, who is mysterious, and Stormfront, who is a white supremacist, are also part of the Seven. Mother’s “MM” Milk, an expert on weapons, Frenchie, and Kimiko, a test subject with superpowers, round out the Boys. Madelyn Stillwell, a Vought executive, is in charge of the Seven. She is later replaced by Ashley Barrett, a publicist. Both of them report to Vought CEO Stan Edgar, whose adopted daughter, Congresswoman Victoria Neuman, is also against government control.
