Katie MacDougall... Hello Richard, as a taxpayer and a student I would appreciate the $2500 paid back to the province now. Being a politician doesn't give you free rein with taxpayer dollars, as someone in your position should know.
The taxpayers of Nova Scotia will be expecting a follow up article confirming the return of the money to it's appropriate place.

We all work hard for what we have and most of us don't have luxuries such as an expence account, this should be used in moderation and not ever penny spent just because it is there for the taking. Its hard to say no to a travel expence and meal ...
