It Movie Cast Then and Now Photos

Stephen King fans may have gotten one of the best remakes of a horror movie ever made in 2017. It was a huge box office hit in 2017. It seemed to be helped by how popular Stranger Things was. Still, both critics and moviegoers agreed that the movie’s strong cast is what makes it stand out, even though the plot isn’t very original for a horror movie.

People think that the young actors in the It cast are some of the most talented young actors to work together since The Goonies in 1985. In a very competitive field, the young actors’ careers were solidified by their unique chemistry and the amazing way they said their lines.

You may have seen some of the It cast in other movies here and there, but we thought now would be a good time to find out what happened to them and what they’ve been up to since.

Bill Skarsgård (Pennywise)

Bill Skarsgård (Pennywise)

Let’s start with Bill Skarsgard, who plays “It” in the movie and is known as the “scariest clown ever.” Bill was born into a family with a lot of actors. Since he started his career in 2000, he has won a lot of praise. Even though he had been in some independent movies before, It and his role as Pennywise (which Tim Curry had played in the miniseries) was the moment that changed his life forever.

After playing his famous role again in It Chapter Two, Bill did well in Castle Rock, a Hulu show based on a series of Stephen King books. He will also be in the show Clark, which is about Sweden’s most famous gangster, Clark Olofsson. The term “Stockholm Syndrome” comes from Clark Olofsson.

Jaeden Martell (Young Bill Denbrough)

Martell played Bill Denbrough, who was the group’s unofficial leader and the only one with a personal grudge against Pennywise. Bill quickly became a fan favorite because he was brave and strong and loved his brother Georgie. He was also one of the first kids to stand up to Pennywise.

Martell is a great choice as the leader of The Losers, and the actor who plays him gives him just the right amount of depth. After his lead role, Martell joined the cast of Knives Out, where he plays Jacob Thrombey as part of a group. He was also the main character in the TV miniseries Defending Jacob, where he played the accused murderer son of an assistant DA.

Jack Dylan Grazer (Young Eddie Kaspbrak)

Jack Dylan Grazer is only 17 years old, but he already has one of the most impressive resumes of any young actor. He showed Bill Skarsgard how good an actor he was by being able to switch between roles with unbelievable ease. Even more impressive is that he made up most of his character’s lines on the spot. This makes him one of the most versatile actors in the It cast.

After It, Jack was in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) movie Shazam! Recently, he also showed up in the Disney Pixar movie Luca, where he did the voice of one of the main characters, Alberto. In Grazer’s next movie, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, he will play Freddy Freeman again.

Jeremy Ray Taylor (Young Ben Hanscom)

Ben was without a doubt the most important person in the Losers Club. Ben is one of the most likable characters in the It cast, and it’s safe to say that young actor Jeremy Ray Taylor is a powerhouse when it comes to showing how people feel on screen.

Since his role in It, Taylor has been in the remake of Are You Afraid of the Dark? and co-starred in the Goosebumps sequel. He has also started making his own movies, starting with the short film Unarmed Divide, which will be released soon.

Chosen Jacobs (Young Mike Hanlon)

Mike makes it possible for the Losers Club to stick together even when things get hard. He knows Derry, Maine the best and sees Pennywise as a threat to the place he loves. Also, he is the one who gathers the club 27 years later in the second part of the It story.

Chosen Jacobs recently played the young actor in the drama-comedy series God Friended Me. He also plays Wendell Deaver on Castle Rock, where he has a recurring role with Bill Skarsgard.

Wyatt Oleff (Young Stanley Uris)

Stanley Uris is an unlikely member of the Losers Club, but he is one of the most tragic characters in It. Even though the grown-up version of the character only appeared on screen for a short time in the sequel to It, Wyatt Oleff still played his role in the sequel by showing flashbacks.

Oleff has also played Peter Quill when he was younger in both Guardians of the Galaxy movies. The actor has also been busy making independent movies and directing his own short film, Writer’s Block.

Jackson Robert Scott (Georgie Denbrough)

Georgie Denbrough is the most important character in the whole cast of It, even though he was only alive for a small part of the first movie. Because of his death, the Losers Club gets together in the first place.

Jackson Robert Scott is the youngest actor in the 2017 version of It. We hope he will have a long and successful career. The actor has recently been in the MCU show WandaVision on Disney+ and the drama/horror show Locke & Key on Netflix.

Sophia Lillis (Young Beverly Marsh)

Sophia Lillis plays the brave Beverly Marsh, who is the only woman in the Losers Club. Beverly is one of the most complicated characters in the movie, and she changes in some of the most obvious ways.

Sophia Lillis has turned out to be a really great young actress. Since It, Lillis has been in a few independent dramas, the best of which was Uncle Frank. She will also be in a movie based on the Dungeons & Dragons game.

Finn Wolfhard (Young Richie Tozier)

Finn Wolfhard was already well-known before he joined the cast of “It” because of the success of “Stranger Things.” Richie Tozier, the character he plays, is the funny part of the movie. Wolfhard and Jack Dylan Grazer made up some of the lines for their characters, so most of what you see of them in the movie is them just being themselves.

Wolfhard has been busy with movies like How It Ends and The Turning, as well as new seasons of Stranger Things. He will also be in the new Ghostbusters movie, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which is coming out soon. Wolfhard has also tried his hand at other things in the entertainment business. He has made two short films and played in a band called Calpurnia.
