Rhinoplasty is the most common surgery for celebrities, so I thought I’d see proof of that here. Her nose was already straight, but I think she had very small changes made to the tip and the area between her nostrils to make it look more like a button. Compare how she looked in the same pose in 2009 and how she looked in the same pose in 2018.
I also think she might have had blepharoplasty, which is a procedure that celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence are having done. This gets rid of some extra skin on the eyelids, making the eyes look bigger.
But her lips, teeth, and lower face changed the most in a big way. First of all, it’s clear that she gets filler to make her upper lip bigger. When she was younger, it was a lot thinner.
Her front teeth no longer go over her bottom lip, so she probably used something like Invisalign, bleaching, and porcelain veneers to make their color and shape perfectly.
Since people with an overbite often have a smaller chin, she may have used filler or an implant to make her face look more balanced. Remember that when she was 21, her lower cheeks were full, but just one year later, they were then. So I think she also got rid of fat there in some way.
